Camping Duravel, nestled between Villeneuve sur Lot and Cahors in Southwest France, offers riverside accommodation, including mobile homes and chalets. Facilities include direct river access, a large pool complex with heated pools, paddling areas, and water slides, including the Mini Spacebowl and the Crazy Cone. Situated in the Lot Valley, it's the perfect base to explore a region rich in history, culture and gastronomy. Points of interest include Bonaguil Castle, Duravel church, and the medieval town of Puy-l’Évêque. Lots of outdoor activities on offer such as canoeing on the Lot. The campsite has several water slides, which you can view in the pictures above.
For older children, the Crazy Cone is a slide that ends in a funnel. It is a lot of fun. (Minimum length : 1m40)
A paddling pool complete with its own water slide, otherwise known as the snake, for children under the age of 6. Children can swim and slide in the safety of this attraction.

Please bring a swimsuit (brief or fitted boxer style). For hygiene reasons, long clothing is not allowed in the pools (shorts, underwear, wetsuits, swim skirts, bermuda shorts, regular clothing, full-coverage swimsuits, etc.).
Young children must wear swim diapers specifically designed for water use.
Wearing the wristband is mandatory.
Children who cannot swim must wear armbands at all times.
Bike rental subject to availability (adult bike: €15/day and €49/week; child bike: €10/day and €33/week).
Bed linen rental : 11€/single bed per change, 16€/double bed per change
Towel rental : 8€ per change
Babykit rental (highchair, travel cot (without mattress), bath). : 30€/week. 10€ in low season, on request and subject to availability .

HAUTE SAISON :People have different expectations when it comes to their holidays. Some prefer quiet holidays where they spend time with family and relax. Others prefer sports and a party atmosphere.
With the Fun Dose, you can choose the right campsite for the whole family. There are four different entertainment levels: green, blue, purple, and red. The fuller the bottle, the more entertainment there is! If the potion vial is green or only half full, then there is little entertainment on site. If the vial is red or nearly full, plenty of entertainment is available.
No matter the level of the Fun Dose, the mini-clubs and participation in all activities are free of charge.
On this campsite the Fun Dose is red.This means there isa lot of entertainment provided!
From 5th July to 29th August 2025, we offer the following entertainment free of charge:
-The Clapou Club (4-6 years old) and Policator Club (7-10 years old) welcome children 4 days a week, from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m.
-The Nobodys (11-17 year olds) meet up twice a week.
-We offer evening entertainment 5 nights a week, 4 entertainers, aqua gym every morning and an almost non-stop super fun day and evening program until midnight!
-Entertainment on French campsites starts from the 8th July (in French). On Dutchbox campsites the French animation team includes 1 Dutch speaking entertainer.
In the Netherlands, we offer entertainment from 5th July to 31st August 2025.
