The VAGUES OCEANES offering comprises the VAGUES OCEANES Holiday Parks belonging to the group, and a number of carefully-selected partners making up the VAGUES OCEANES network (Res'O VAGUES OCEANES). They meet all the requirements regarding quality, location and services, so you can be assured of happy, fun holidays. In the majority of cases, you will find a VAGUES OCEANES representative on site to handle any queries.

Please read these general terms and conditions carefully so that you can take full advantage of the services provided by VAGUES OCEANES. These terms and conditions govern the sale of VAGUES OCEANES stays and apply at the time the order is placed, to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions. The fact of booking a stay implies full acceptance of our terms and conditions.


Bookings are binding on VAGUES OCEANES only if VAGUES OCEANES has accepted them. VAGUES OCEANES is free to accept or not, depending on availability and, as a general rule, depending on any circumstances likely to impede performance of the booking made. Bookings for campsite pitches and rental accommodation are made on a strictly personal basis. You may not, under any circumstances, sub-let or sell your booking without the prior consent of VAGUES OCEANES.

Under-age children must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Indeed, for obvious reasons of safety (swimming pool, possible evacuation of the campsite in the event of a weather alert, etc.) or health (possible hospitalization during the stay, etc.), minors unaccompanied by their parents are not admitted. In addition, the campsite is not authorised, within the meaning of decree no. 2002-883 of 3 May 2002 relating to the protection of minors during school holidays, professional holidays and leisure collective or individual stays outside the family home of minors under 18, unaccompanied by their legal guardians.
All bookings become effective, if approved by VAGUES OCEANES, after receipt of the deposit and after either receipt of the completed and signed booking contract or acceptance of the general terms and conditions of business for an online booking.


VAGUES OCEANES offers family vacation in the traditional sense. Its accommodation is purpose-designed for this goal. VAGUES OCEANES reserves the right to refuse any booking that runs counter to this principle, or which seeks to by-pass it, and any booking in which the information is false. Acceptance of the booking is notified exclusively by means of a confirmation of booking sent by VAGUES OCEANES by post, fax or e-mail. VAGUES OCEANES warrants that your bank account is debited only after the confirmation of booking has been recorded.
• The surnames, first names and ages of all participants, including newborns, must be communicated when booking. Any incorrect information may result in the cancellation of the reservation without delay. The maximum capacity authorized in each accommodation means any person, regardless of age.
• All the photos and texts used in the catalogs or on the websites of VAGUES OCEANES are non-contractual.
• It may happen that certain activities and facilities offered by Res'O campsites and mentioned in the catalogue description are cancelled or removed, in particular for climatic reasons or major force, or do not operate in the low seasons. Accordingly, VAGUES OCEANES shall not be held liable for events caused by third parties or major incidents.
• Under Article L.221-28 of the French consumer code, the services offered on our website are not subject to the cooling-off period provided for in Articles L.221-18 and following of the consumer code. Consequently, the accommodation and recreational services ordered on the website are exclusively subject to the cancellation conditions set out in these general terms and conditions of business.
• VAGUES OCEANES allocates its static caravans on the basis of availability, in such a way as to optimise the booking schedules. This allocation is subject to change at any time prior to the actual hand-over of the keys.
• Customers may be refused entry to the accommodation in the event of behaviour likely to disrupt the calm and tranquillity of the host site.


The standard rate includes the pitch for the tent, caravan or camper van for two people, access to the shower and toilet block and to the reception facilities.


The rental accommodation is fully equipped. The standard rate is for between one and seven beds, depending on the type of rental accommodation and holiday park.
A description of the accommodation is available in the VAGUES OCEANES catalogue and on the website.
VAGUES OCEANES and RES'O holiday parks reserve the right to refuse entry to the holiday park for groups or families that arrive with a larger party than the capacity of the accommodation they have rented.


The prices shown are valid for the current season. They are shown in Euros, VAT included.

The prices include :
- Rental of the fully-equipped accommodation and entry to the campsite mentioned on the booking form.
- The water, gas and electricity used.
- Access to the host campsite's facilities and specifically the organised activities and entertainment, and the shower and toilet block, as defined in the catalogue and on the website.
- A parking space for one vehicle per rental. (Flat-rate fee per additional vehicle: see price schedule).

The prices do not include :
- Visitors' tax.
- Cancellation insurance.
- Booking fees.
- Optional extras, such as an additional person (allowed in VAGUES OCEANES holiday parks but not in Res'O holiday parks), an additional car, a dog (not allowed in Res'O holiday parks), disposable sheets, a baby kit, paid activities offered by the campsite, bicycle hire, etc.
- Cleaning fee, if you do not do the cleaning yourself. Refer to the stay voucher to find out about the cleaning packages available.
- Deposit of 200 + 60€. The inventory will be done by our on site staff after your departure.  If the accommodation is left in a satisfactory condition your deposit will be destroyed automatically (or sent back to you if you leave a stamped addressed envelope).  If the accommodation is deemed to be unacceptable, you will be contacted within one week.
- Personal transport costs or miscellaneous expenses. Additional services arising from an extension of the stay, whether voluntary or involuntary (early arrival, weather conditions, etc.), are at the customer's expense and will be charged at current prices.
- Visitors must check in at reception first. Once authorised to enter the holiday park, visitors are under the responsibility of the campers receiving them. Some holiday parks charge visitors a fee.

Rate Changes: 
The rates are dynamic and can change progressively during the season VAGUES OCEANES will not be liable for a difference in cost between two booked stays for the same period. The rates indicated on the website are in euros, VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the date of receipt of the deposit and on the whole price. Any change to rates as well as any change to taxes applicable to the books, on the date of invoice, may be passed on to the price of the stay.

Promotional offers are subject to some conditions, particularly of availability. Moreover, price reductions or promotional transactions are not cumulative unless otherwise stated. During these events, it is possible for customers to pay different prices for the same stay. Customers who have paid a higher price cannot benefit from a refund of the difference between the price paid and the promotional price. 
IMPORTANT NOTE: No brochure can be error free. Please have the prices and descriptions confirmed when booking. Only the price mentioned on your bill will be contractual.


The balance of the booking is payable in full 30 days prior to the arrival date. Sums due may be debited from a bank card. For all bookings made less than 30 days before your arrival, the total amount for the stay is to be paid at once.
NB: if your payment has not been received by the due date, your accommodation will be made available for sale.

A deposit is required for all bookings. Several methods of payment are available. You can pay in one, two, three or four instalments, depending on the payment method chosen.


• Any booking of 2 or more lodgings on our partner site TOVO-VAGUES OCEANES, and 3 or more lodgings on the VAGUES OCEANES property site by the same physical person or by different physical people but knowing and going together for the same reasons on the same dates for the same campsite are considered to be a group.

 • The lodgings offered on the VAGUES OCEANES website are exclusively addressed to individual customers. In order to guarantee an ambiance conducive to rest and relaxation and a family and friendly atmosphere we promise we’ll offer our customers, the company reserves the possibility to refuse a group reservation. For the above mentioned group booking cases, any reservation request must be made to the company’s group service via an email to Groupe@vagues-oceanes.com, the only place authorised to process these requests. The company reserves the right to study group booking requests in advance in order to see their compatibility with the campsite occupancy over the period requested. You may be required to sign the good conduct code.


Pets except first and second category dogs are accepted in the Vagues Océanes villages for a fee payable at the time of booking. For Res’o Parter villages, it’s the campsite’s decision. They may however be refused in the Vagues Océanes’ partner campsites. When they are allowed, they must be kept on a leash at all times. They are banned around the swimming pools, in food shops and in buildings. The vaccination booklet for dogs and cats must be up to date and you will be asked for it when you check in. In any case, only one dog or cat is allowed per rental, maximum weight of 20kg. Two pets per lodging may be accepted in some Vagues Océanes campsites under certain conditions. Pets are forbidden in accommodation in the following ranges: Premium, Archipel and Villa.
Pets are allowed in accommodation in the range PRIVILEGE, with a supplement of 60 €.


Our campsites are not labeled VACAF.


It lies with the camper to take out adequate insurance cover. The holiday park declines any liability in the event of theft, fire, bad weather and any incident lying within the responsibility of the camper.
Because VAGUES OCEANES and the host campsite are not hoteliers, they may not under any circumstances be held liable for the loss or theft of personal possessions, or any injury or damage sustained by holiday-makers or their belongings during the stay.
All customers must abide by the campsite's rules and in particular the rules concerning access to the swimming pool complexes (men's board shorts and swim shorts are banned; only swimming trunks and briefs are allowed).
In the event of failure to comply with the holiday park's rules, which are available on request on arrival, the management reserves the right to end the customer's stay, with no compensation.
Each tenant is liable for the disturbances and inconvenience caused by the people staying with him or visiting him.
The customer is the only party financially liable to VAGUES OCEANES, in particular in the event of cancellation of all or part of the stay.
VAGUES OCEANES's liability shall not be incurred in the event of change, cancellation or other events attributable to cases of force majeure, to the customer or to a third party not engaged in providing the services.
VAGUES OCEANES shall not be held liable for failure to carry out the booking in the event of force majeure, disruption, or total or partial strike, in particular in the postal service, transport system and/or communication system. The customer acknowledges awareness of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, in particular its technical performance, the response times for reading, querying or transferring data, and the risks associated with the security of communications.
VAGUES OCEANES cannot accept any complaint whatsoever and no refund whatsoever shall be made in connection with any non-performance or poor performance of the service provided, attributable to either the customer, a third party not engaged in providing the service, or a case of force majeure. Unless otherwise stipulated by law, VAGUES OCEANES's liability shall not be incurred as a result of a fault committed by a third party, and in particular one of its partners.


Rental accommodation: On the departure day shown in your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated by 10.00am. The accommodation is to be left perfectly clean and the inventory may be checked. The customer shall bear the cost of any broken or damaged item, and the cost of restoring the accommodation to a fit state, if necessary.
It is up to the customer to check the accommodation's inventory on arrival.
The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, after deducting the cost of repairing any damage noted in the end-of-stay inventory, based on the invoices produced.
Retention of the deposit does not rule out an additional compensation, should the costs incurred exceed the deposit amount.
In the event that the rental accommodation was not cleaned before your departure, a flat-rate cleaning fee of a minimum of 70 Euros will be charged.
For any late departure, you may be charged an additional day's accommodation at the current rate.
The inventory in VAGUES OCEANES holiday parks is not done at the time of departure. If the rental accommodation was left in a satisfactory state, the deposit cheque is destroyed (or returned by post if a stamped envelope was provided). If not, the cost of missing articles and any cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit.
On our partner campsites, the deposit will be given back to you at the end of your stay, with deduction of fees & payments if needed (in case of damages in the mobile-home).


The campsite undertakes to clean and maintain the accommodation before it is rented out, and each family is required to carry out regular maintenance of the rental. If, despite this, the tenant discovers the presence of undesirable insects during the stay, it is up to him either to use certain repellents, or to report it to the campsite operator who will then do his best to resolve this difficulty. As soon as the operator has carried out its obligations and the problem has not been completely resolved, and this given the configuration of outdoor accommodation facilities, its liability cannot be engaged.


- Changing your booking:
Any request to change your booking criteria should be made in writing and sent to the following address:

If the change request is accepted by VAGUES OCEANES, a fee of €15 will be charged for any change made.
If the change request is not accepted, you will have to either stay in the conditions initially agreed or cancel the stay. Any change request received within seven days of the beginning of the stay (based on the date of receipt of the letter by VAGUES OCEANES) will be automatically refused.
Unless you have notified VAGUES OCEANES that you will be arriving late, the accommodation may be made available for sale 24 hours after the arrival date stated in the contract and you will lose the benefit of your booking. In this case, you will nevertheless be required to pay the full cost of the stay.
- Unused services:
Any stay that is interrupted or curtailed by the customer will not give rise to a refund.
- Cancellation by VAGUES OCEANES:
In case of modification by the company VAGUES OCEANES of the characteristics of the stay before its beginning, it will inform the customer at least 8 days in a clear and legible manner as to the modified elements and on a durable medium. The Customer will have the choice:
- Or to cancel within the time indicated. The stay will then be fully refunded.
- Either accept.
In the absence of a response within the time indicated, the Customer will be presumed to have accepted the modifications.If Vagues Océanes cancels the stay, except in the case of force majeure, the stay will be refunded in full.
Cancellation by VAGUES OCEANES shall not, however, give rise to the payment of compensation.
- Cancellation by the camper:
Any cancellation must be notified by leter and shall be deemed dated as postmarked. Amount retained:
- Over 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date: the deposit paid will be retained, unless you have taken out cancellation insurance and fulfil the conditions for reimbursement.
- Less than 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date: the full cost of the stay will be retained, unless you have taken out cancellation insurance and fulfil the conditions for reimbursement.

Price of the Cancellation Guarantee + Vaccinal Pass: 5% of the net price of accommodation with a minimum of €14 for 1 to 4 nights and €32 for stays of 5 nights or more.
Cancellation insurance covers the cost of the stay (excluding booking fees and cancellation insurance fees) and only on presentation of proof that the cancellation is due to one of the following:
• You or a person registered on the rental contract has COVID-19 (hospitalization or positive test)
• You are a proven contact case and are required to isolate yourself and take the PCR test (upon presentation of proof)
• Serious illness, serious accident or death affecting a member of your family, including relapse, aggravation of a chronic or pre-existing illness, as well as the consequences, the consequences of an accident that occurred prior to the purchase of the contract of yourself, your spouse or common-law partner, your ascendants or descendants up to the 2nd degree, stepfathers, mothers-in-law, sisters, brothers, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, your legal guardian or a person usually living under your roof, the person who accompanies you during your stay nominally mentioned and insured under this contract, your professional substitute nominally quoted at the time of the purchase, the person in charge of the care of your children during your stay, or a disabled person who lives under your roof and who you are legal guardian of.)
• Completion in pregnancy before the 7th month of one of the persons participating in the stay and insured under this contract which entails the absolute cessation of any professional activity or other.)
• Material damage to your property and you presence being essential
• Economic termination or contractual termination of you or your spouse or common-law partner insured under the same contract provided that the procedure was not initiated prior to the purchase of the contract.
• An administrative, judicial, military or jury summons.
The Cancellation + Vaccination Pass Guarantee also covers you if the Government decides to make the Vaccinal Pass compulsory to access campsites during the period of your stay and this forces you to cancel your stay for this reason.
Any cancellation MUST be notified in writing to the campsite. To benefit from the cancellation guarantee, you must inform the campsite no later than 24 hours before your arrival, specifying the reason for the cancellation:
- 30 days or more before planned arrival: refund without justification (cancellation insurance deducted)
- Within 1 to 29 days of planned arrival: refund on presentation of proof of medical or professional justification for one of the members of your group (handling fees and cancellation insurance deducted)
- On or after your day of arrival: no refund (cancellation clauses do not apply during the stay)

Any complaints about non-conformity of the services with the contractual undertakings must be notified in writing to VAGUES OCEANES within 10 days of the end of the stay :

After 10 days, no complaints will be taken into consideration.
Our customer service will do their best to answer to your complaint within three months of receipt

Consumer mediation

In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable settlement or a response from the Manager, the Customer may call upon a consumer mediator, free of charge.

The parties agree that this contract shall be governed by French law. In the event of a dispute about the interpretation and/or performance of the contract, the customer may choose the competent court.


According to article L221-28 of the French consumer law, you do not have a right of withdrawal.
Important note :
No brochure or website can be free of any clerical or typographical errors. Our prices are subject to change depending on economic and commercial conditions. The price stated on the rental agreement is binding.


The protection of your personal data is important to us and we strictly respect the applicable legislation.
The company Vagues Océanes (SASU TO.VO) and campsites affiliated are responsible for data processing and manage all information with the utmost care and confidentiality.

- Which data is collected?
On vagues-oceanes.co.uk, by phone or on the website of the campsite:
When you make a booking on vagues-oceanes.co.uk, via our call center, on the website of a campsite or by telephone at a campsite, we collect the following personal data:
• First and last name (of the main booker and the fellow travelers)
• Date of birth (of the main booker and the fellow travelers)
• E-mail address (of the main booker)
• Address (of the main booker, optional)
• Telephone number (of the main booker)
For Spanish campsites and in accordance with the legislation: proof of identity (passport or identity card)
Satisfaction survey - we will send you a questionnaire after your stay
The reviews of our guests are very important to us and allow us to improve. After your stay, we will therefore send you three requests by e-mail to answer a satisfaction questionnaire.
If you fill out the survey, we will keep your review for 5 years. This review can be consulted by Vagues Océanes customer service and management teams.
It is posted anonymously on our website and possibly on the campsite’s website. Your e-mail address or your last name is not shown. When entering your review, you have the option to indicate that you do not want your review to appear on our website. In that case, your review will not be made public.
On your customer account and in our systems :
• the history of your stays over the last 5 years
• the satisfaction surveys you have completed following your holidays over the past 5 years.

- When you apply one of our campsites :
On our site camping-vagues-oceanes.com/recrutement.html you can apply at one of our campsites or at our head office. In this context, we collect the following information:
• First and last name
• Date of birth
• Address
• E-mail address
• Resumé
• Motivation letter
This information can be consulted by the campsite management teams and Vagues Océanes HR department. The information will be deleted after 18 months.
- Information we do not store:
All your payment details (credit card numbers) are not stored on our servers, but with our bank partner. Vagues Océanes employees do not have access to this information.
- Safety
Vagues Océanes has an appropriate policy and has taken the technical organizational measures to store and protect your personal data against unlawful or unauthorized access, accidental loss or destruction, damage, unauthorized use and unlawful disclosure.
In all cases, the user is advised that any data transmission over the Internet is not completely secure and as such is carried out at your own risk. While we do our best to protect your personal information, Vagues Océanes cannot guarantee the security of personal information transmitted through our website.

- Information we collect automatically
When you browse the site www.vagues-oceanes.co.uk, in strict accordance with current legislation and your rights, data related to your browsing and interactions with our website.
This information is collected using cookies or other similar technologies such as web beacons, pixels and mobile device identifiers.

- How we use this information ?
We use your data to manage your booking, to send you offers or to send you information about your upcoming or past stay.
We may transfer your email address to our partner Guest Suite so that, if you wish to contribute, they can collect your feedback on your customer experience when using the www.vagues-oceanes.co.uk website.
Where permitted by law, we may share your email with social networks such as Facebook, Google or Instagram as part of our marketing promotion.
Your data will not be transferred outside the European Union. You can consult them at any time on your personal customer account.

- How long do we keep your data ?
We do not store your data longer than is necessary to provide our services or within the legally prescribed limits. Your personal data will be deleted at the end of this period. We cannot delete your data in case of a legal retention obligation, for example if this is prescribed by accounting law or if there is a legal reason for keeping the data, for example an ongoing contractual relationship.
Data from customers who have been on holiday with Vagues Océanes or on a campsite purchased by Vagues Océanes are kept for ten years if there has been at least one stay with Vagues Océanes in the last five years. If you have not been a customer with us in the past five years, your data will be deleted.

If, following your complaint to our DPO, you believe that your rights have still not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority, namely the CNIL: www.cnil.fr.

- Image rights:
The client expressly authorizes VAGUES OCEANES to use, free of charge, on any communication medium, photos and videos of himself or of any person staying with him, for the purpose of promoting VAGUES OCEANES.
If you do not want us to share your photos in any way, just let our campsite manager know when you arrive. If, despite everything and inadvertently, a photo of you or one of your companions were to appear on one of our commercial media, a simple email to webmaster@vagues-oceanes.com will be enough for us to delete the said photo or video, immediately.

- Change of Legal Notices
Vagues Océanes may change its legal notices at any time, in particular if the applicable legislation changes. Each change will be posted on the website or notified to you by email.
In accordance with Law 2014-344 of March 17, 2014, you can oppose recruitment by telephone by subscribing to the BLOCTEL list (www.bloctel.gouv.fr).

- Accommodation Vagues Océanes
In application of the law of March 11, 1957 (art. 41) and of the intellectual property law of July 1, 1992, any partial or complete reproduction for collective use is strictly prohibited without the consent of the Vagues Océanes company.
The logos, images and brands on this site are the property of their respective owners.
This site may, without his knowledge, be linked to other sites by means of hyperlinks. The Vagues Océanes company declines all responsibility for the information presented on these other sites.
The internet user acknowledges that the use of this site is subject to French law.

- Intellectual property
Access to our site gives you the right to private and non-exclusive use of this site.
