HOW TO BOOK
ONLINE BOOKINGS
Your booking is immediate and final when you pay online by bank card. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail to confirm your booking as soon as possible.
PHONE BOOKINGS
Contact our Booking Hotline on +33 (0)820 150 040 (0,09 €/min). A holiday advisor will be there to answer any queries and see that your requirements are met.
You can place an 8-day option on a rental contract, which will then be confirmed on receipt of the signed contract and your payment.
FAX BOOKINGS
You can fax your completed, signed rental contract to us on +33 (0)2 51 28 84 09. Your booking request will be confirmed, subject to availability and on receipt of payment within 8 days.
POSTAL BOOKINGS
You can also send your completed, signed rental contract and your payment to us at this address: Vagues Océanes, 25 route de St Etienne, 85210 St Aubin la Plaine, France.
SECURE PAYMENT
For optimum security and confidentiality, we use the Paybox server and the SSL encryption protocol to fully secure your online booking. Paybox automatically encrypts any information entered before transferring it over the Internet. Once the transaction has been sent to the bank, none of the information exchanged is stored.
MEANS OF PAYMENT
Cheque, holiday vouchers (we recommend that you send them by registered post), bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard), bank transfer.
YOUR BOOKING
FOR ACCOMMODATION
If you book over 30 days before your arrival, you will be asked to pay a 25% deposit to confirm your booking. You will then receive a written confirmation.
The balance is to be paid 30 days before your arrival, either on our website or by post, sent to our Vagues Océanes Booking Service at 25 Route de St Etienne, 85210 St Aubin la Plaine, France. Be sure to show your booking number and the name of the campsite. On receipt of the balance, we will send you a document entitled ""bon de séjour/booking voucher"", which sets out all the information you need to prepare your stay (directions for getting there, reception opening hours, refundable deposit, etc.) and should be presented on your arrival at the campsite.
If you book less than 30 days before your arrival, and for all short breaks, you will be required to pay the full amount of the stay. You will then receive the ""booking voucher"", which you should present on arrival at the campsite.
FOR PITCHES
You will be required to pay a deposit of 25% to confirm your booking. You will then receive a written confirmation.
And you will pay the balance of your stay at your arrival at the reception of the campsite.
